Q: WHAT RESOURCES ARE BEING SPECIFIED IN THE TRADE ONLY SHOPPING SERVICE?
A: For the Trade Only Shopping Service our recommendations will come from a vendor list that is considered "to the trade" or "trade only" and are typically not available to the general public. We have accounts with all major industry showrooms and only recommend vendors who, in our experience, have a reputation for product and customer service of impeccable distinction. Lindsay will work diligently with you to make sure that your requested budget is appropriate to the scope of the project and that smart decisions and purchases are being made.
Q: DO DESIGN PACKAGES AND DISCOUNTS EXPIRE?
A: As timing affects designer availability, the answer is yes. When you purchase a design package, you have three months to fill out the design questionnaire and return it to LHI Online. It is imperative that we receive this information, as we can't begin our work without it.
Once LHI Online has "returned" the design product, whether that be a list of suggestions or a list of vendor/product, you have three months from the date of return to receive discounts as outlined in the Special Promotions section. Upon completion of each package, LHI Online will notify you of the completion date and the expiration date of any available discounts.
Q: CAN PRICING ON FURNISHINGS CHANGE?
A: Absolutely! If we submit a price, but you do not order the product within a week or two, it is best to re-confirm pricing as vendors have price increases on a regular basis. If the price changes, you will be responsible for paying the then-current price.
